banyan fig tree
hasn't been watered for a week?
just watered it yesterday.
all leaves have fallen off
what shall i do?

You need to completely saturate the tree's soil, and then pour normal (as you would normally) amounts of water on the soil at least 3 times in 30 minute intervals to get rid of salt build up. You should ensure your soil is fast draining, and that no water pools inside the pot.

Ensure your tree is not exposed to harsh weather for now, and water twice a day (decent amounts). Hopefully your tree is not too far gone!!!
